This page explains how to ask Camjoy Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (江苏康桥电子科技有限公司) to delete information about you that our internal tool, the Camjoy Platform Hub, holds because you interacted with our accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or YouTube, or with our stores on Alibaba.com or AliExpress.

How to make a request

  • Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”.
  • Tell us the platform, your public name or username on that platform, and a link to (or a screenshot of) your comment or message.
  • We may ask you to confirm the request from the same platform account, so that we only delete information that belongs to you.

What we do

  • Within 30 days, we delete the comment text, your name and any inquiry details we hold about you in the tool, and we confirm by email.
  • Even without a request, comment data is deleted automatically within 90 days (30 days for YouTube), and it is never included in our backups.
  • Deleting information from our tool does not remove your comment from the platform. You can delete it on the platform yourself.
  • Business records we must keep by law, such as quotations, orders and invoices, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you connected an account to our tool

This applies to our team members. You can disconnect your account in the Camjoy Platform Hub at any time, or remove our tool’s access on the platform:

  • Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.
  • Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites.
  • LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services.
  • TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions.
  • Google and YouTube: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

When an account is disconnected, we delete its stored access tokens within 24 hours.
