We manage these accounts with an internal tool, the Camjoy Platform Hub, which connects to these platforms only through their official interfaces.

Information we process

  • Content we publish, and the statistics the platforms provide about it, such as reach, views, likes and follower counts. We keep statistics only in aggregated form.
  • Public comments on our posts and pages, and replies to them: your public display name, the comment text and when it was posted. We do not collect profile photos, contact lists or private messages through the tool.
  • Inquiries you send us through a platform’s own inquiry or message function. We answer them in that platform’s system. If an inquiry turns into a business enquiry, we record your company name, contact details and the products you asked about in our business records.
  • On LinkedIn, the tool only publishes posts on our team members’ own profiles. It does not read comments or other members’ data, and we do not use LinkedIn data to find sales leads or to add to our customer records.

How we use it

We use this information to publish our content, reply to and moderate comments (including hiding spam), measure how our posts perform, and respond to your inquiries. We do not sell this information and we do not use it to target advertising.

AI-assisted replies

Our team may use an AI assistant to draft replies to comments. To do this, the comment text may be processed by our AI service provider under its terms. Where the provider offers the option, we turn off the use of our data to train its models. Simple routine replies may be sent automatically. Replies about prices, delivery, complaints, medical use or certifications are always reviewed by a team member before they are sent.

Only the platforms themselves and the service providers that host and run our tool (Hostinger, Tencent Cloud and Cloudflare). We do not share it with any other third party.
