Processing Time
In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom/Backordered Items: For specialized instruments or bulk orders, the lead time is usually 7-15 business days. Our team will confirm the specific delivery date with you upon ordering.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the package, and the destination country.
Small Instruments (e.g., Scopes, Cables): Usually shipped via Express (DHL/FedEx).
Large Equipment (e.g., Camera Towers): May require specialized freight shipping.

Customs & Duties Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Return & Warranty Policy
Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Inspection Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to inspect the goods. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at
[email protected]with photos of the package and product.Returns: Returns for non-defective items are subject to approval and may incur a restocking fee. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Warranty Coverage Camjoy Medical stands behind the quality of our products.
Rigid Endoscopes: Standard 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
Electronic Equipment (Cameras, Light Sources): 2-Year Warranty.
Note: Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidental drops, or improper sterilization methods (e.g., autoclaving non-autoclavable scopes).
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Camjoy Medical;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
