    Redefining Resection: The BRS107 Advantage

The Camjoy BRS107 (Click-Locked Type) is engineered for high-volume urology centers requiring speed, safety, and durability. Unlike standard resectoscopes, the BRS107 features a unique quick-release click mechanism that allows the working element to snap onto the sheath instantly, without fumbling with rotating locks.

Combined with Bipolar Plasma Technology, the system creates a high-density plasma field at the electrode tip. This allows for precise tissue vaporization in a 0.9% Saline environment, effectively eliminating the risk of Transurethral Resection Syndrome (TURS).

    Why Click-Lock?

    • ✔ Instant Assembly: Snap-on design saves OR time.
    • ✔ Secure Fit: No accidental rotation during surgery.
    • ✔ Ergonomic: Balanced weight distribution.
    • ✔ Saline Compatible: Full bipolar safety.

    🌟 System Highlights

    🔒

    Click-Lock System

Revolutionary assembly design. Connect and disconnect the working element from the sheath with a single “click”. Secure, fast, and intuitive.

    💧

    Saline Safety

Operates in physiological saline (NaCl), preventing hyponatremia and allowing for longer, safer procedures on high-risk patients.

    Plasma Power

Low-temperature cutting (40°C–70°C) minimizes thermal spread to the obturator nerve and capsule, reducing post-op complications.

    🔄

    360° Rotatable

The continuous flow sheath system can rotate 360°, allowing the surgeon to reach difficult areas without twisting their wrist.

    🛠️

    Titanium Durability

Working elements (W7001 series) are reinforced with titanium alloy, making them lightweight yet extremely durable for autoclaving.

    👁️

    HD Visualization

Designed for the Camjoy 4mm HD Telescope (4282.30), featuring a Sapphire window for scratch-free, crystal-clear imaging.

    ❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is the Click-Lock mechanism durable?
A: Yes. The mechanism is designed with high-grade stainless steel and titanium alloy, tested for thousands of cycles. It provides a more secure connection than traditional friction-fit systems.
Q: Can I use monopolar electrodes with this system?
A: No. The BRS107 is a dedicated Bipolar System. It requires 2-pin bipolar electrodes (C70 series) to function correctly with the bipolar current path.
